نظام التعلم عن بعد الخاص بشركة بُعد للاتصالات يتطلب من جميع الموظفين المسجلين إكمال المواد التدريبية والتوعوية المسندة إليهم وحسب توجيهات إدارة شركة بُعد، فإن إكمال هذه المواد إلزامي للامتثال لسياسات الشركة ومتطلبات شهادات الآيزو. يقوم النظام بإعداد تقارير تلقائية عن التقدم ونسبة الإنجاز للمشرفين والمدراء المباشرين باإضافة للإدارة العليا. جميع المواد المقدمة سرية ويُمنع مشاركتها دون تصريح رسمي من الشركة،وإلا قد يتعرض المخالف للإجراءات التأديبية لمخالفة اتفاقية عدم الإفصاح حسب أنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.
Baud Telecom Company Remote Learning System requires all registered employees to complete their assigned training and awareness materials. As per BTC management, completion is mandatory to comply with company policies and ISO requirements. The system automatically reports progress and completion to supervisors/direct managers and top management. All provided materials are confidential and must not be shared without written authorization from BTC, otherwise non-disclosure disciplinary action may apply according to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia laws
